1. Returns
At Matjary Online, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items such as personal use products (earbuds, wearable items, etc.) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After processing, cancellations may not be possible.
